Julie Is an Awesome Real Estate Agent!

She is extremely knowledgeable about the state of the local real estate market, the inventory, home inspection, appraisal, finance and more. She was always on top of every aspect of our real estate purchase. When we started working with Julie, we had already selected a lender. Unfortunately, that lender was not set up to service this particular real estate market. And it took us a few weeks to come to that conclusion. When we finally decided we needed to change lenders, Julie found us a lender that took us from application to close in SEVEN days! And the loan terms where actually better than our original lender. I just can’t say enough about how please we are with the real estate services that Julie provided.
